Platform terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Pulse. By accessing or using Pulse, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of Pulse
Pulse provides market analytics, data visualization, statistical analysis, market-condition monitoring, and related informational tools.
Pulse is designed to assist users in evaluating market information and making their own independent decisions. Pulse does not execute trades on behalf of users and does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
2. No Investment Advice
Information provided through Pulse, including market analytics, volatility data, skew data, macroeconomic indicators, alerts, scores, predictions, verification results, and other analytical outputs, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided through Pulse constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, option, commodity, digital asset, or other financial instrument.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Users remain solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.
3. SMS Notifications
Pulse may provide automated SMS notifications relating to market analytics and activity generated by the Pulse platform.
SMS notifications may include information concerning changes in market indicators, volatility, skew, macroeconomic conditions, analytical thresholds, platform-generated alerts, and other Pulse analytics.
Users who elect to receive SMS notifications expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Pulse at the mobile number provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any paid Pulse product or service.
Users may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to a Pulse text message. Users may reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Pulse does not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Market Data and Alerts
Market information may be obtained from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, temporarily unavailable, or subject to revision.
Pulse alerts and analytical outputs are generated from available data and predefined analytical processes. Delivery of an alert does not guarantee that a particular market event will occur or that any trading strategy will be profitable.
Users should independently verify information before making financial decisions.
5. Availability
We do not guarantee that Pulse, its data feeds, alerts, SMS notifications, calculations, or other services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, third-party data interruptions, telecommunications failures, software issues, or circumstances outside our control.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their own use of Pulse and for maintaining appropriate risk-management practices.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Pulse for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
Pulse and its associated software, analytics, interface, branding, methodologies, content, and other proprietary materials are owned by Bears Territory Limited Liability Company or its applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bears Territory Limited Liability Company and Pulse shall not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data interruptions, delayed or undelivered alerts, or other damages arising from reliance upon or use of Pulse.
Users assume responsibility for decisions made using information provided through the platform.
9. Privacy
Use of Pulse is also subject to the Pulse Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to Pulse, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or our business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
